How we work with new families
When you contact Mosaico, we review your request within 24–48h. We generally begin with a 20–30 minute confidential discussion (online) to understand your situation, your objectives and your constraints. This initial discussion helps us determine whether Mosaico can add value given your profile.
Our role is to coordinate with your existing advisors (CPA, wealth managers, lawyers) and help structure a tailored residence/citizenship strategy.
No pressure, no hard selling. We only accept families for whom we can truly add value, and we maintain a personalized service model.

Is the first discussion free?
Yes, the first discussion is non-binding and free. It is used to understand your situation and determine whether Mosaico can add value. Any engagement (scope and fees) is only discussed afterwards, if it makes sense for both parties.
What happens after submitting the form?
We review your request within 24–48h. If your profile fits our model, we:
- direct you to the relevant contact
- propose time slots for an initial discussion (20–30 min)
- may share a short preparation note
If we believe Mosaico is not the right format, we will tell you quickly and may suggest alternative resources.
Can I include my CPA/lawyer in the first discussion?
Yes. We encourage involving your existing advisors from the start. Our role is to coordinate with your team, not replace it.
Do you only work with US clients?
No. We work with families worldwide. A significant share is US, but we also work with profiles from Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Our primarily remote model and our offices (Porto and Geneva) facilitate multi-jurisdiction coordination.
